Leading a group specializing in both agriculture and photovoltaic industries, Mr. Liu Hanyuan, standing committee member of the 11th CPPCC, board chairman of Tongwei Group has been keeping on proposing on issues around those industries during the “two sessions” each year. And this year, Chairman Liu Hanyuan proposed that the green industry should be promoted and taxes in the photovoltaic industry should be reduced.
