To continue implementing the requirements of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce system for contact work with key national rural revitalization counties, and to solidly advance the deployment of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Government on targeted assistance for 39 underdeveloped counties as well as the work arrangements of the Sichuan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, from May 27 to 28, under the unified arrangement of the Group Party Committee, a delegation from the Group Party-Masses Work Department traveled to Daofu County to carry out the targeted assistance "Garzê Tour" activity. Zerin Lema, Director of the Daofu County Education and Sports Bureau, Garong Jiangze, Executive Vice Chairman of the County Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Zhaxi Dorje, Deputy Director of the County Education and Sports Bureau, participated in the event.

On the afternoon of May 27, the Tongwei Group delegation first conducted an on-site inspection of the hot water project at Seka Township Central Primary School in Daofu County. In June 2025, the Group donated 300,000 yuan to the school for the second phase of the hot water project under the "Tongwei Sunshine Student Aid Program." The project was completed and put into use in December of the same year, enabling all teachers and students to use stably supplied hot water on campus for the first time during winter. At the inspection site, Guo Luo, Principal of Seka Township Central Primary School in Daofu County, expressed heartfelt gratitude to Tongwei Group and gave a detailed account of the convenience the hot water project had brought to the school. He stated that it was precisely thanks to Tongwei Group's assistance that 126 students were able to bathe regularly during the cold winter. The warm hot water now flows to the bathrooms, cafeteria, and handwashing stations, safeguarding the hygiene and health of teachers and students and helping everyone maintain a better state of mind.

As the event coincided with the approaching Children's Day on June 1, the Group delegation distributed stationery gift packs to every student, helping children in the pastoral areas study with peace of mind. Student representative Zhaxi Zhuoma read a thank-you letter in standard, fluent Mandarin: "It is your love that lets us feel so much warmth in the cold plateau campus; it is also your kindness that taught us what care is, what gratitude is… In the future, we too want to be caring and responsible people, just like you, to help more people around us who need help, and to pass on this warmth forever."

On May 28, the Tongwei Group delegation traveled to the Yuke Area Boarding School in Daofu County, situated at an altitude of over 4,000 meters, to gain a firsthand understanding of the school's operating conditions and practical difficulties such as the lack of hot water. As one of the beneficiary schools of the "Tongwei Sunshine Student Aid Program," the Group will donate 300,000 yuan in dedicated funds in 2026 for the construction of a hot water supply system at the school, addressing the winter hot water needs of all 256 teachers and students. Ji Ke, Principal of the Yuke Area Boarding School in Daofu County, along with all teachers and students, attended the donation ceremony. Brand-new stationery gift packs were also distributed to all students on site, encouraging them to study hard and grow into capable talents.

2026 marks the third year of the "Tongwei Sunshine Student Aid Program." Since 2024, under the personal care and guidance of Chairman Liu Hanyuan, Tongwei Group has launched a four-year special assistance initiative, investing 300,000 yuan in dedicated funds each year, for a total of 1.2 million yuan in heartfelt support, to address the "urgent, difficult, anxious, and expected" issues facing teachers and students at plateau schools in Daofu County, fulfilling the company's social responsibility through concrete actions. With the completion and commissioning of the first and second phases of the hot water project and the launch of the third phase, nearly 1,500 teachers and students have already benefited, and an increasing number of plateau students will receive tangible help. As a steady stream of warmth flows into plateau campuses, what is elevated is not just living conditions, but also expectations for the future and the determination for national rejuvenation.

More than ten years ago, Tongwei Group incorporated Daofu County Yunbo Hope Primary School into its targeted assistance system, joining hands with Project Hope to build a love-based student aid base. During this donation visit, the Group delegation also met and exchanged views with Teacher Gou Shuhui, the then-principal of Yunbo Hope Primary School. Teacher Gou stated that it was precisely thanks to Tongwei Group's care and help that students at Yunbo Hope Primary School were able to thrive in a harsh environment. Some of them have become teachers, others have become civil servants, performing excellently and continuing to shine in their respective positions.

While achieving steady development of its own, over the past 44 years, Tongwei Group has always remembered its roots and remained connected to people's livelihoods. With the determination to serve the country through industry, the Group has continuously promoted the development of national green agriculture and green energy industries.
